Rescheduling is easy and you're able to change your class without calling/emailing.
To reschedule,
Go into the booking site here and login with the email you used to book your class.
In the upper right hand corner, click on Account Settings (it will display your initials).
Click on Settings.
Go to the Activity heading.
Locate the booking you'd like to change, select Manage.
Select Reschedule and follow the prompts to select and change your class.
You can reschedule for the same class time (Intermediate indoor session for another Intermediate indoor session), but cannot reschedule into a different class type.
Reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of class start. If you need help, contact us and we will get you sorted out :)

Cancelling is easy and you're able to cancel your class without calling/emailing.
To reschedule,
Go into the booking site here and login with the email you used to book your class.
In the upper right hand corner, click on Account Settings (it will display your initials).
Click on Settings.
Go to the Activity heading.
Locate the booking you'd like to change, select Manage.
Select Cancel Booking and follow the prompt to confirm. This will also initiate your refund.
Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of class start.
